Since taulabs_next_20150224_155445 my Revomini can communicate with OPlink using Rfm Bind Wizard.
You might need to set Radio to Telemetry and MaxRfPower in Configuration->Hardware Tab.
Hope that helps.

playing with revomini and oplink mini

- Revomini, option to set speed for telemetry via main port or flexi port is missing (EDIT: found it in module settings)

- bridging from oplink to bluetooth unsuccessful (oplm main port = telem, com speed 38k, bt 38k), connecting from phone to bt gives an error (error loading ***.jar), browser lists only FirmwareIAPobject, FlightTelemetryStats and GSCTelemetryStats

- settings for hwtaulink seem to save and load inconsistently (or rather late), subtree in browser stays grey (hwrevomini seems to work fine)

- OPLinkSettings - are they now obsolete?

- could lilvinz/quantec be convinced to run a batch of taulink modems in addition to quanton?

ok, found something that may be important

when working manually in the object browser, the coordinator id fields acccept only 9 digit ids, but oplink ids are 10 digits (at least the two I have for testing are, while revo has 9 digits)

1234567890 can be entered, but not
2358626261 which is the number the modem displays in rfm22bstatus

I am still wondering how to make a bridge from ground side modem via bluetooth to mobile gcs. The idea is to set the modem's main port to telemetry (which it is by default), then connect a bluetooth module with rx/tx crossed, connect from phone to bluetooth. Problem is, it does not work. Let's leave out bluetooth and connect an FTDI to the main port, plug it into the computer and tell GCS to connect to the FTDI's serial port. Then look at Data Objects/GCSTelemetryStats. TxDataRate is ~15, RxDataRate ~1500 bytes/sec, Status is HandshakeReq. I am assuming that the connection is working physically, but no handshake is done.

Need advice.

The way I did it with my ground radio was to set 57k baud on everything (gcs default baud). Locate the rx/tx pins out of radio module and connect these directly to tx/rx of bluetooth module. The more recent radio modules all appear to be SPI interface instead of uart so if that is the case my method doesn't do you much good.

good idea, I'll keep that in mind as a last resort.

>set 57k baud on everything (gcs default baud)
so modules/misc/module baudrates/telemetry = 57k, hwtaulink/comspeed=57k and bluetooth speed=57k, but what about hwtaulink/maxrfspeed? Next has this additional setting. 64k here?

no, not at all. have you checked voltages?
