Anyone that wants to guinea test the estimation code, let me know. Specifically I'm interested in frame type, controller, and operating system. I want to make sure it learns good values on four or five frames.

I'll give it a go. Couldn't get the regular AutoTune to compute values but hoping Magic Tune can be made to work.

Custom quad with 14" props, 700 kV motors. 4S.

RevoMini.

Linux Mint 16.

My hexa is flyable and I would like to test this. 450 size, 1100kv, 8" props, Quanton, Win 7. Same copter I have flown on numerous "camera strapped to head" videos :)

So here it is testing with the GCS to set the tuning. Tested on my QAV500 and silver hornet, so quite different sizes.

Looks like its working great. Also seems like the autotune process takes less time than it used to.

Yeah. Right now I have it set to stop after 90 seconds but it gets to reasonable values in 30 s. I made it adjust the step size based on what it thinks the values are which seems to help too. Sent version to testers last night. You want a Mac version?

peabody124 can you send me the new win autotune version for testing? Didn't realize you were ready to send it out so quick.
