Status of fixed wing navigation

Has anyone sucessfully used navigation functions with a fixed wing? I've tried again with recent Next, but as before

- flies great in INS/Outdoor
- switching to PH or RTH makes the plane fly a straight line

I would love to know this too. I have been away for the project for a while because of work commitments but hoping (itching) to come back very soon. I would love to use RTH on my planes so I can fly them knowing they will hopefully come back.

I'll try and check some things in the simulator this weekend. I have a pile of planes in the back of my room that want flying. Might be a good test for Sparky2.

In fact I like only one thing ;)
A Rescue function ;)
I lost my controll between my ears an TauLabs brings my plane to secure high ;)

But RTH would be great to.

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you. I didn't forget about this and it is still on my todo list!

I have a sparky mounted on a bixler and it flew ok in attitude mode but I had some FPV issues so I bailed on doing the position hold.

Also fixed wing path follower is not a tick box module, you have turn it on in the uav objects spot.

Just an update. I have looked at the code. The current code in next is not working, so please no one try and test it. I have some fixed that get it working in simulation. I'll keep you updated.
